WHAT’S NEW: Ke$ha Wants You To Come Out In Style
When they say that you learn something new everyday, they didn’t lie. It looks like October 11th, 2011 is National Coming Out Day. Expressive Pop Star, Ke$ha has joined creative forces with the Human Rights Campaign, which is the largest LGBT civil rights organization, to promote the art of self expression. In light of this holiday, Ke$ha, along with a designer have created limited edition “We R Who We R” T-shirts.
The HRC and Ke$ha hope that this creative collaboration with their exclusive T-Shirts will “encourage everyone to celebrate their inner superstar and come out for equality.” The T-Shirts are expressive yet modest, giving the person wearing them a moment to shine. Decorated with a purple zebra motif and the singer’s lyrics, “We R Who We R”, and signature across the shirt is on sale for $35 with all proceeds going to the HRC’s commitment to LGBT equality. What do you think about Ke$ha’s efforts towards equality?
