WHAT’S NEW: Michael Jackson Brought Back To Life

Many of Michael Jackson’s fans, including myself, could only hope for another chance to witness his genius life. Many are still in the mourning the loss of the King of Pop. Others may still hold on to a belief or hope that he is still alive. Well, when attending the Cirque du Soleil Immortal Tour, we may get that second chance that we’ve all been longing for. Partnering up with Jackson’s estate, Cirque du Soleil will be presenting a spectacular show that, if he were alive, would reach beyond Michael Jackson’s standards. Jamie King, who was apart of Jackson’s “Dangerous Tour” is partnering with the Cique du Soleil group to bring this production to life.  Jamie King has worked with Madonna, Prince, Rihanna, Celine Dion, Britney Spears, and the Spice Girls. To build the production to the quality that Michael would have wanted, Jamie utilizes his understanding of Michael’s standards and hired 10 choreographers and a live band.

Although the choreography and the band were taken care of, the producers of the Immortal World Tour will have to ensure that all of Michael’s top charting songs are featured including the infamous “Thriller”, “Beat It” and “Wanna Be Startin’ Somethin”. Production for the Immortal Show will begin on today (October 2nd) in Montreal. Unlike the upcoming tribute concert that Michael Jackson’s family is putting on, the Immortal World Tour has officially been approved and supported by Jackson’s estate. Nothing will ever be as good as seeing MJ in person, but the Immortal World Tour will provide us some sense that he’s still reachable through his art and talent. Will you be attending the Immortal World Tour when it comes to a city near you?  For sketches of the show’s settings you can visit and for a detailed interview with Jamie King visit
